Medical team is great. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the sign in process. They hand you an iPad to complete your medical history etc. and it requires several signatures. the application is very confusing and the steps required are not logical. I could have designed a better app. Luckily the medical team is so good that I put up with the stupidity of the iPad and leave a five star rating because of their performance.

Excellent care, everything explained, detailed directions for home care and recommended follow up appointments needed. Nobody wants to deal with skin cancer issues but if you must I haven’t found a better practice then this one for my care.

Anastasia Averbukh is a fabulous NP! She is thorough and knows more than most ! She diagnosed my dad with heart issue that was causing a rash on his shins. She prescribed compression socks and his rash disappeared! He now wears them daily. Anastasia also diagnosed me with psoriatic arthritis-symptoms I suffered with for YEARS but no doctor had ever mentioned it! I hadn’t even heard of it! I trust Anastasia more than any other professional in that practice, even more than the doctor! I’m so very blessed that I found her! It would be an honor to refer anyone to Anastasia!

Dr Petersen performed a Mohs surgery around my temple yesterday. He removed a section that was slightly larger than a quarter. Any discomfort was minimal and because he is so good at what he does he could tell before the surgery that the cancerous area was larger than I realized. He removed everything within two cuts. He stitches with such precision that my scars are mostly unnoticeable; you would think he was a cosmetic surgeon, and I learned yesterday in our conversation that he did cosmetic surgery before full time dermatology. I went straight out from there and worked in my yard for 5 hours with very little discomfort. He placed glue on top of the stitches as he knew my plan to work in the yard. Every staff member I spoke with was very caring with great people skills. Dr Petersen's upbeat personality also made the experience totally non-threatening. I've been seeing Dr Petersen and his staff for years and there is no one I ever want to see for my dermatology needs again. I've been to several derms throughout my life, and I found the place I trust my skin needs to.

In my most recent visit I asked if they could remove a benign skin growth, which they did, in addition to taking biopsies of a couple spots that they had concerns about. Anastasia explained everything and what to expect, and provided clear instructions to me. I highly recommend Anastasia and the staff there.

I Had a nightmarish experience with Epiphany Dermatology & was desperate for some professional help immediately! My face was completely broken out in red, scaly, itchy patches due to the meds they prescribed.I Called 2 other dermatologist in a panic & they both said 2-3 weeks to be seen! Thank God I Called Mo Dermatologist & they saw me within 2 hours!! I met with Patrick & he immediately told me to stop my current meds & gave me a new medication to start my healing process asap. (Epiphany decided to let BOTH Dr’s go on vacation at the Same time & left the receptionist in charge of the office…Idiocy!) My face was completely cleared up after 2 weeks or so & because of their compassion & treatment for me-I am a patient for life! I Recently went to Patrick for a full body exam & he used liquid nitrogen to clear up about 10 Age spots on my face & on my arms. It’s been 1week & most on my face have already disappeared! Excellent! First time on yearly full skin exam it was done properly. Down to underwater with paper coverall. Not seen even close to this at previous 3 dermatologist! Jessica is professional , good listener , discusses options with pros and cons and gives adequate time. Biopsy of face was a breeze very gentle! Good discussion on elderly male with history of fair skin frequently burned in young years but in elderly current conditions what specifics should look in sun screen topical hats close etc. would recommend Jessica to anyone looking for caring complete and professional dermatological care!

I was nervous because they had identified basal cells on my face. I was both lucky it wasn’t bad but also lucky I came to this place as they did an amazing job and gave me clear instructions how to avoid scarring.

Dr. Tripani is very thorough and skilled. Not rushed. I trust in her ability and judgment one hundred percent. My only recommendation is that once a procedure like mine is done the office would provide written wound care instructions. Us older folks have a hard time remembering everything we are told post surgery. Other than that everything is good.
